Tourism & Hotel Industry Sales Institute (THIS) was established in September 2007 to promote professionalism and standards of excellence in the sales profession in Tourism & Hotel Industry.
Our mission is to enhance the role of the sales profession as the key factor for business success. We help sales professionals achieve greater heights by providing them with guidance, education, training and information.

ABOUT THIS ASSOCIATION
THIS Sales Professional’s Association is the only professional body for salespeople. Established in 2007 to promote standards of excellence and ethics in sales and to raise the status and recognition of Hospitality sales as a profession India. The membership is open for all the Sales professionals working nationwide.
The Institute exists to maintain and promote the integrity of selling by actively improving the professionalism of all who work in a sales role. We offer training and support to sales professionals throughout their careers and promote the interests of all our members and the sales profession as a whole in the media and to industry bodies and the public.
Today’s salespeople are a powerful force who develop lasting commercial partnerships with customers, creating national and global prosperity. To succeed in this demanding and competitive environment, salespeople need to continually enhance and develop their skills and knowledge and to understand the latest techniques and technology and to anticipate and understand customers’ ever changing needs.
THIS membership is the mark of every true sales professional and is an acknowledgement of the capability, skills and experience needed to succeed in this demanding profession.
WHO ARE OUR MEMBERS?
His members are drawn from every sector of Tourism & Hospitality Industry and commerce in India. From those just starting a sales career to senior and experienced sales managers and directors, they each recognise the need for a high level of professionalism and integrity in selling.
Membership is also open to those from any business discipline who are responsible for selling their product or service in any way and who are involved in retaining customers and winning new accounts. Members are committed to improving standards in the sales profession which will lead to increased sales and even better prospects for the profession in the future.
HOW TO JOIN THIS ASSOCIATION
